Opelika, AL

Master planning · Rezoning · CLOMR · Civil design · Value engineering · 541 lots

Our most complex site: extreme topography, floodplain constraints, limited access. We master planned, rezoned from rural to PUD, secured CLOMR approval, designed a major stream crossing, and delivered full civil plans with value engineering throughout. Extensive coordination with the City of Opelika on every front.
